J.D. Williams graduated from the University of NE – Lincoln, and then she toured with a pop cover band. As a recording artist and songwriter, she worked with some of the most talented artists, producers, and managers in the Minneapolis and Nashville music scenes. She has been involved in movie and video production and helped artists as a manager and publicist. She is also an award-winning writer for general consumer and business publications and has had work printed in various national publications. Now living in Franklin, Tennessee, J.D. continues to write music, and her songs are featured in the Julia Tate Song Series of books.
